How an inspection works

Server identified
Through recommendation, advertising or routine review — strict eligibility applies.

Management notified
Server staff are given 24 hours notice and a link to their open case.

Inspection
Two inspectors score 13 categories and gather user & staff opinions.
04
Publication
Both inspectors sign off, admin reviews, then the report is published.
